Effects menu is smaller/larger than other menus on Windows with larger UI scaling
When looking at the effects drop down on a high definition laptop, it is smaller then the rest of the dropdowns.

I've had the same issue for all the time I've been using Illustrator on Windows 10 and 11. I do change my resolution so my screenshot includes both. They both display the effect menu differently to the other menus.

My Monitor 1 setting is: size of text = 125%, display resolution=2560x1440
My Monitor 2 setting is: size of text = 225%, display resolution=3840x2160
move UI from Monitor 1 to Monitor 2, the size of drop-down list of EFFECT is too small. -

The effects drowdown is way smaller then other menus. Super annoying.
Windows 11. Illustrator 27.2 (64-bit).

The Menus sizes are all over the place. For example, the Effects menu is HUGE, but their submenus are "regular" size. There are other places this happens as well - with no rhyme or reason.
I just can't believe this would get through QC.....

One of the menu drop down doesn't scale accordingly on the secondary display running windows 11.

@egor
Why is this intended? Better readability for most-used menus? Depends heavily on user and type of work so cannot see the logic in only applying to these?

Still here.
Illustrator 26.0.1 64-bit Windows 10I'm running an external screen at a slightly higher resolution than my desktop and there is a different windows display UI scaling factor applied to both. I feel this might be the cause.

This is actually intended, although I agree it looks slightly off.
Same leading scheme is now used in Select > Same menu.

I have this same issue, all the other dropdown menus scale fine, but for some reason the Effects one in particular does not scale on 4k.

I have this same problem. On my Cintiq 16, the Effect and Character drop down menu are4-5 times larger than the rest. They are so big that they are unusable.

Fonts for the EFFECTS TAB MENU are tiny. Note the difference between that menu and the rest of the menues. WHAT HAPPENED and HOW TO FIX?
this is the current 2020 version of CS -

When I open the Effect menu, then select any effect, the text on the window that opens is so tiny I can't see to make any adjustments. The window of the working image is fine and normal size but the text doesn't adjust. It worked before the update and Photoshop works fine. It's not my display. I have tried adjusting everything and compared all settings to my husbands laptop that works fine and hasn't been updated and they are the same. Adobe took control of my computer and couldn't figure it out. Hopefully somebody can!!
