A darker theme on windows
The Mac version of Illustrator has a much darker theme, and switching to the Windows version was a bit jarring, but I prefer the darkness. Could you tweak the darkest theme on Windows to make it look more like the Mac one?

Radial interface (popup) for previewing ALL THE SWATCHES.... S I M U L T A N E O U S L Y.
If a user wants to preview ALL the swatches in the swatch library at once, the time and sequence of events to do so is extremely unnecessarily tedious.
"Preview all swatches" button -> BAM: radial view of all swatches on screen. (doesn't even have to be legible. text can be upside down. Maybe rotate it with the mouse wheel. Click one swatch set -> then Bam! That's the swatch docked to the panel. All the others dissapear. or "Unsummon the swatches" button.

Can the context overlay that appears as you move an object show the absolute X and Y as well as the deltas? Thanks

3 improvements for general non-print UI
Would it be possible to enable global pixel snapping-possibly assigned to a modifier key combination when moving things directly(not via a dialog)? Could you have rounded corners as a parametric property when unexpanded, with separate W & H values, (expressed as PX and % if it doesn't dilute the general paradigm)? When transforming (particularly SCALE), could the bounding midpoints be shown, maybe in a different colour, if their position on their respective axes is outside of the viewport, to enable grabbing/moving them? So you dont have to zoom out and lose accuracy? Thanks

Improved HiDPI Windows support just like Photoshop 19.1
Essentially do with Illustrator what you've done with Photoshop (https://theblog.adobe.com/photoshop-releases-version-19-1-selections-improvements-advanced-support-windows-high-density-monitors/). That is "[offer] a full range of choices for UI scale factors from 100% through 400%, in 25% increments. [... A]utomatically adjust itself based on your Windows settings, making it simple to set up."

Improve User-Friendliness
I would enjoy Illustrator a lot more if I had the option to make the UI that of Photoshop's. It allows me to easily and quickly manipulate the layers, unlike in Illustrator. In illustrator, if I wish to change the opacity of a layer and solely a layer, I've found it to be impossible, since the opacity slider changes the opacity of my brush tool for future use, even if I manipulate its opacity back to 100%. Why is the desktop version of Illustrator so much less user-friendly than the free iOS and Android application versions? The only reason that…

Move & Scale by small decrease/increment of mouse wheel in properties
The idea is that when i use CTRL + Mouse Wheel to scale or move in properties any object or text the numbers are something like Y: 550.624 px when doing this they change to Y: 550.7 px i would like to be able it changes at small phase Y: 550.625 px or Y: 550.63 px so there will be 2 additional increments. Else i have to type this numbers manually.
I would assign them to some keyboard numbers like hold 1, 2 or 3 + mouse wheel for each increment.1 vote -
If an active text area is way off-screen, end text entry and treat keyboard input as shortcuts.
If you have been typing in a text area and pan away somewhere else, continuing to type results in the view port being dragged part of the way back to the active text area with the first key stroke and the rest of the way on the second.
Typing into an off-screen text area is almost always a mistake for me and usually results in a text area that is now empty except for a Space, V, T or A character from my most common keyboard shortcuts. I'd prefer if it just registered that I probably didn't want to type…

Use arrow keys to kern letterforms
I would like to use arrow keys to visually kern letterforms, instead of having to enter numerical values = what you can do now only if you outline type. Thanks, Barry

"Effects" in menu when right clicking a selected object similar to InDesign.
In InDesign I can select an object and then right click on a PC and the menu that appears shows shows "effects." Illustrator should do that as well.

Non-Latin Support for Numbers in UI
I use Bengali extensively in CC, and it's frustrating that the interface doesn't understand Bengali numerals as their latin equivalents - for example if I type ৩৩ in the font size, it doesn't understand it as 33. However, I noticed that in the latest version of InDesign (13.0 x64) it does recognize & convert Bengali numerals - for example when I type ৩৩ in the font size box it converts it to 33pt. However, this still doesn't work in the current version of Illustrator (22.0.1 x64), and it would make sense to have this feature throughout the major CC products.

New crop feature
Would much prefer this feature to be similar to InDesign. Don't see me likely to use as is since it throws away unused data and embeds. Ability to NOT crop like that is one of the most useful features in InDesign. Masking although clumsy as a crop tool seems it will remain more flexible and useful.

Remove units from input boxes
When editing a value in an input box, e.g. the width of an artboard, the unit (px) is still included in the box. This makes it harder to hit the right spot in the text with your mouse, and makes it more prone to error. It's especially annoying when performing arithmetic!
Trying to avoid this situation: "306 p+34x"

Search window in all Adobe programs
Add a window where I can search a feature, window, or command that exists in the program.
It's hard to remember where everything is located.1 vote -
In the new properties, have the overflow menu at the top opposite the panel name.
Feels odd seeing the overflow menu at the bottom, where it almost looks like it's part of the panel above it. Also, by placing it at the top of each panel, this could have space.

Color themes scroll bar
The Color Themes panel in Illustrator does not have a scroll bar. I am using a Wacom tablet, but the Color Themes panel does not scroll even when I have assigned the function "scroll" to its scroll bar. I can scroll in other applications, both Adobe and others, so it doesn't seem like the fault of the tablet or tablet driver. The fact that there is no scroll bar in the default UI so it can be used with any input device is a glaring oversight. The panel is nearly useless without one.
