Ability to make the image flush left in the window instead of centred
Currently I have to enlarge the image until it pops out of the frame, and then I can work on the zoomed in area, but it would be nice to have the ability to make it flush left. This would better utilize the frame when I have tabs open. My current workaround is arranging the frames 4-up, and then sliding the other windows over.

Please, please update/change the opening illustration that appears when you launch the program.
The confused, agitated (sleeping?) puckering girl in the 80's tshirt is killing me.

I request that the print tiling tool be as easily accessible as it was in previous versions, it is currently too well hidden :)
it used to be an option nested with the #HandTool in your toolbar.

Simple requests go unnoticed.
There is a function in Illustraor that allows selection by whole or by path and it is called: Object selection by path only. It is in the prefs under selection tab. This SHOULD BE also in the top bar as VERY often I need to switch it when working on paths, especially in shadows work.

Mini Map
Hello Adobe Team. I really don't know why you don't implement a little MINIMAP into Adobe Illustrator that provides a little preview of the actual work and makes it possible to zoom in by clicking on it. Working with Illustrator would be much easier if I had a little map window where I could just click on a section of my artwork and zoom straight to that point. So I wouldn't have to zoom in and adjust again and again after zooming out. And I could always see the whole picture. Maybe it's nonsense or not possible but I think…

Masking simple and fast objects - Quo Vadis My Pallete?
Masking simple and fast objects - Quo Vadis My Pallete?
Illustrator has several practical methods for masking objects. Bravo and thank you!But in practice...
object masking is superimposed and confusing. I know what I write. I use Illustrator 20 years at work and iine applications. On the forum you can also find many problems or ideas to improve this section. Dear Adobe team, you can certainly improve it.
Best Regards!

Automatically move to input box when selecting a transform option
This would improve workflow by allowing users to not have to click on the input box when transforming a layer. It actually used to be a feature but was removed for reasons I'm not aware of.

CTRL + Spacebar = Zoom in and Out like Photoshop
Not sure why this isn't the same between Photoshop and Illustrator but currently when you press CTRL + Spacebar in Illustrator you get a marquee tool to zoom into a specific location. This should match the zoom in and out function in Photoshop. Or, allow the user to change preferences to an easy check box to enable users to zoom in and out using CTRL + Spacebar like in Photoshop.

Or make possibility to open each button's set in separate window?1 vote -
Make it far easier to "transform each." Especially scale and rotate. Like how it works in PowerPoint.

Increase MORE +++ the anchors points size. The actual option is not ENOUGH Is very difficult to work..
The actual size options seems a joke, I work with 3ds max, and there you can select very easy the vectors points, in illustrator it is a Nightmare.

Multiple Fills/Strokes in Properties Pallate
It would be helpful if the "appearance" part of the properties panel would allow the addition of multiple fills and strokes like you can in the standalone appearance panel. I would like to use the properties panel more but cannot for this reason.

Warn if Appearance Attributes are going to be lost (when ungrouping, etc.)
Because there's a lot of people that don't know what's going on.
