Trying to cancel my free trial, no option in my account or through AI
Not able to cancel a free trial, how is this accomplished, your customer service had no idea.

You have to contact support to deal with it, if this is still a case.

Can we get scale with shift back?
For most of us, this is muscle memory. Something we've been doing for years and years.

Unable to Resize Tool Panels (vertical axis)
Cannot 'grab' the bottom edge of a panel in the right column to move up or down. Panel size seems 'locked.' This causes lots of wasted space in the right column tool set UI. This problem exists in both the Essentials workspace and the Essentials Classic. This was not an issue in previous versions of Ai. Thanks for addressing this bug!

Remove extra boxes get generated when a scatter brush is expanded
When I outlined the stroke of a scatter brush it adds a box around the shape, not useful at all. Should be the way it was before, now I have to delete all the little boxes to change the colour

Import SVG masks without crashing
Illustrator app crashes when an SVG mask is referenced more than once. This has been in successive releases of Illustrator. Also nested masks aren't supported either.

This feedback/bug reporting systems is super confusing.
This feedback/bug reporting systems is super confusing. I have given up on reporting bugs or providing feedback so many times, cause I land here and I can't manage.
I want to report a bug, it tells me to "post my idea". But I want to report a bug, not give an idea! I change sections to make sure I'm on the Bugs, still get "ideas" everywhere. If I try to give feedback I get "request feature", again, not what I want to do... That search box that changes to a form and back to a search box... If I want…1 voteA valid request.

AI CC 2018 SLOW!!
I can't even begin to share my frustration with how SLOW the performance of the AI CC 2018. I've reset preferences, restarted, reinstalled...
I'm running a 2017 Macbook Pro - everything should be running just fine but I see others are having similar issues with the speed. Must be a bug and needs to be addressed!!

I am unable to save my illustrator files. They all appear blank. I am on a deadline & Adobe is literally screwing with my income. WTF?
