  1. Free Trial doesn't work if licensed version used previously.

If a computer has ever had a licensed version of the product (like from a school, not a personal use), the free trial will not work FOR ANYONE EVER AGAIN ON THAT COMPUTER. Even if you sell your computer, the next person CANNOT USE A FREE TRIAL. Adobe does nothing to help.

  2. crop

First, I would like to ask, why Photoshop doesn't have also a site for request features.

    Photoshop Crop tool:
When using the crop tool, after rotate the picture, the corners touch the boundaries of the picture and that's ok. but if we release the mouse button, and rotate again, the corners doesn't touch anymore the boundaries.
Please create an option for this to happen

  3. Properly viewable and properly printable files NEEDED!

When creating a final file from Illustrator for a printer, I change type into outlines so that there will be no font problems. Then I save as a PDF. The PDF is VERY inconsistent in how it shows straight lines of letters. ie: lower case "L", cap "I", hyphens, dashes, and other letters with "straight" lines -- p, d, M, etc. The pdfs look terrible unless you blow them up very large. AND when you print them out, you can also see the differences in thickness of the letters on different printers. Questions: How do I tell my customer "Oh,…

If a PDF file is viewed in Acrobat, one can disable the option which tries to make thin lines fatter in Preferences > Page Display > Enhance Thin Lines.

This is something viewers make to deal with the now-unhinted results outlined fonts. With properly prepared PDFs outlining is not necessary and cause more problems than solves.

  4. Password Protect for edit SVG "like save as PDF"

when save as PDF there are option "security" to can make password to restrict edit protected PDF, can please make this feature also for SVG.
because for example : if put SVG illustration in website it very easy for any person to take from the website and open it in illustrator or any SVG edit program, so need to make password when open SVG in any SVG edit program.

There is a Search bar in Libraries, which searches from Adobe Stock by default, and there is a dropdown where you can choose whether to search through current/all libraries.

  7. Illustrator - patch so CS6 version to run in High Sierra

Many of those of us running CS6 on a MAC cannot afford to move into CC when CS6 ideally suits our needs. Surely your engineers could make a patch.

releases of Illustrator CC (and earlier) were not designed, nor supported to run on macOS 10.13 (High Sierra). For more information, see System requirements.

  8. 3D effects should include "back to 2D"

Roaming around the interface I fell on the 3D effects window and was wowed by all the possibilities. Then when I wanted to get back to work on my 2D object, I couldn't find how to do it. I expect something like the "no stroke" button in the stroke selection, in the top left position of the list of 3D effects. I clicked Ctrl-Z multiple times to get back, but it was really slow.

    Hi Francis,

You can remove the 3D effect from your art from Appearance Panel. Just select the row for the effect in Appearance panel, hit the delete button at the bottom bar of the panel.
