Allow tool bar to be fixed horizontally on either top or bottom
Now that the properties has been finally set in the right panel, I love it! This allows me to have the layers set in the left panel. Next step, It would be nice to have the ability to set the tool bar above or below horizontally.

I fully support this. It would make things a lot faster, especially for Wacom users.

Several needed tools are buried in the menus and have no keyboard shortcuts. We are forced to dig down through the menu system to get the needed tool. For example, the "Offset Path" tool.
We need to be able to build custom panels of any tool.

Double-clicking the double-arrows on the upper-right corner of the Tool box will change the orientation from one-row-of-tools-vertically arranged, to two-rows-vertically arranged. InDesign does this as well, with the addition of a third way, one-row-of-tools arranged horizontally. This is by far the most useful way in my opinion and I really wish Illustrator and perhaps Photoshop too, had the same option.

Done in Beta. Horizontally is not an option still

Allow Tool Panel to be customized, or to create several custom Tool Panel and save them with Workspaces.
Also it will be great if one could position the Tool Panel Horizontally.
