Allow to change the UI language inside the program
Add language option inside the program, instead of using system standard language. And can't use Creative Cloud application. My school have already application from Adobe which is install before hand. And applications has not been added to the list in Creative Cloud, there for I can't edit language.
Just add option to change language inside the program.

Please add the language change feature directly within the application like Bridge has. It is very annoying to have only the option to change the language through Creative Cloud, as it changes the language for all applications and doesn't allow you to change it for just one application. Alternatively, within Creative Cloud, there should be an option to set the language individually for each application. This should have been a basic feature for a long time and it still hasn't been implemented.

It's a very important issue. It's hard to believe, that Adobe resolve it in such an inconvenient way right now. Plenty of apps like LibreOffice for example, CorelDRAW, or even Photoshop require only to be switched in preferences panel and restarted to work with a different UI language. Why Illustrator users have to close all other documents and apps, changing the language used throughout the entire system (!), logging out and in again? Extremely user unfriendly.

Please use the Photoshop solution: in preferences/Interface, the different installed languages are in a drop down and it is possible to select another one, then restart to switch languages, it would be a superior solution to the current one!

This is simple yet annoying thing Illustrator does.
It has its own language preferences regardless of what is set by the system.
This can, at times, cause me to change the language repeatedly during application change.
Illustrator remembers the last language that was set, so, if for instance I change the language outside of illustrator, it changes it back to the one that was set before. Sometimes my working method requires frequent app changes, this creates a situation where I find myself repeatedly changing the language.
The workaround is, obviously, to go back to illustrator and change the language there.
This is annoying and unnecessary.
I think that Illustrator should "respect" the system setting for the current language preference, or at least to have a toggle within it to choose any of the two behaviors. -

I need to switch languages now and then and it's a nightmare. It is different from app to app, and sometimes it totally stops working.
It's easier to change the language for my entire freaking operating system than it is for CC apps. It should simply be a drop-down to choose the language in preferences. Is that so hard?
I have now even uninstalled, removed preferences, and reinstalled both Ai and the CC desktop app, set default app language to Norwegian, even switched language for my OS, and Illustrator still only gets installed with English every time.

You are supposed to unninstall, then change app language in the CC desktop app, then reinstall.
But it seems totally random if it works. I have now changed my OS language, uninstalled Ai and the CC dekstop app, reinstalled them with prefernces set to Norwegian, and Ai still installs itself with English only.
