Still no beta update here.

GOOD NEWS! This morning I can now see and install the Illustrator beta on my Snapdragon device!!

I was able to download Illustrator Beta on my Surface Pro 11 Windows ARM64 Copilot+ PC but now it says the build is expired. I need Illustrator desperately for school/work as all my files are in Illustrator and I have impending deadlines.

I would like to install Illustrator Beta on my Copilot+ PC with a Snapdragon X 12-core X1E80100 (Elite) but still this does not work. The Illustrator-Beta app is not shown in the "Beta"-Apps section of Creative Cloud and when trying to install the Illustrator-Beta-App from the Adobe website, Creative Cloud reports the error that the app is not yet available for my PC. My Adobe ID is an english locale. What else is wrong here?

So I am just wondering why the announcement page for Illustrator was closed? The issue where the beta is not appearing on Snapdragon devices is still not fixed nor communicated properly to users. It appears the build was pulled, but I have no information as to why or when we'll see it come back. Only the x64 beta is available which is NOT compatible on ARM (only the x86 beta is, for whatever reason).

As replied before, so far these apps would work only on Snapdragon X Elite chips only — not X Plus, like you have (X1P64100 is from X Plus series, not X Elite).
Supposedly teams are going to extend the support later, but not immediately.
I am merging this request with the larger one you recently commented on.
As soon as apps start supporting more chips, the status of the request will be updated.

Illustrator for ARM was announced to be released in July. The beta still is not available on my account. What is taking so long? Please release this asap.

The Adobe XD did not appear on my Creative Cloud at all. the InDesign and Illustrator jus appear (Beta) open in browser only and I'm not sure they are working properly

I have reported my issue that I cannot install the Ai, XD, and InDesign to my laptop surface pro copilot with Processor Snapdragon (R) X 10-core X1P64100 @ 3.4 GHZ since September 9, 2024 until now was more than 1 week. Unfortunately, it did not fixed yet. I look like no one take care of my issue because I received many email and asked me if I need to close my case. Why do I need to close my case when you were not fixed my issue? Please check and fix it as soon as possible because I am very behind with my assignments, I can't have these apps on my laptop to complete my assignments at all.

Just in case — switch it from 'All apps' to 'Beta apps' in the top row. Does it change anything?

I need Adobe XD as well. Please help me to allow me to install XD (beta) as soon as possible.

Ah, I see what you mean now. It seems your ARM device with Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus X1P-64-100 onboard can’t run desktop applications.
ARM support has only begun recently, and so far most Adobe apps who announced it work with Snapdragon X Elite chips only — not X Plus.
I am afraid you won’t be able to complete your assignments in time with this particular device. Sorry!

Whoever told you this particular one will support all Adobe apps must have made a mistake...

Once again, please help me to allow me to install the Ai, XD, and InDesign at the same time for my window laptop immediately. I really need them for my graphic design assignments that were passed due date. It was very frustrated and stressful if I am not be able to complete my assignments and I'm very behind currently.

It seems like you are trying to install Beta apps from the 'All Apps' section.
Please try to click 'Beta' button in the top row (see screenshot, I put the cursor next to it)

I cannot install the Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe XD on my account. Please help me to fix the or give permission for me to install the two apps and In design app *** well immediately. I was unable to have these three application to complete my assignments. It was too late and I'm very behind to turn in the assignments. I'm looking forward to hearing from you very soon.
