Crop ratio
In Photoshop, you're able to apply ratios that lock the cropping view frame which you're then able to position over the photo. This would be great for Illustrator as well.

Automatically fit windows to screen when unplugging second monitor.
When I'm using a second (big) monitor with my laptop, and I unplug the 2nd monitor, the Illustrator windows remain huge but move to my laptop screen, and it's difficult to resize the windows down to fit. They should automatically detect the screen size and fit accordingly.

Conditional appearance panel
It would be great if you could use some conditional logic together with appearance panel, and possibility to pick individual characters/words (first/middle/last 1, 2,...characters). And also possibility to combine several styles under one appearance, together with some input panel for user interaction). That would make it possibility to do more repeat things that you now need an action for but instead could use a style. Because actions I have tried tend to have a lot of errors to them, sooner or later. So maybe this could become a more stable option and I can see how this can make Illustrator…

Please bring back the Center point as guide
In previous versions the Center point (attribute) kept showing when an object was made a Guide. But unfortunately, in Ai cc2019 this no longer happens.
That Center point is essential for working accurate.

User folder for custom brushes and graphic styles
It would be great if there were a way to quickly save a selected custom brush and/or graphic style to a single user folder. This would make access easier, and enable better organization.

Complaint
Illustrator 2019 23.0.1. sucks. I have been using adobe tools for over 20 years and this is the worst update you have ever released. Not only does it take forever to open any app including InDesign, PS, ILL and acrobat, but then it constantly freezes. I can't get any work done. You keep raising the price of the subscription, but your updates cost me more in time troubleshooting than anything else. The very basic grouping and selecting a group doesn't work in the new illustrator, I am using the most up to date OS on a 2 year old iMac.…

Not signing in each time network connection changes
You know how when you switch your laptop from wired connection to wireless because as a normal human being with a laptop on the go, you will come across that. It would be great if you didn't have to sign in again and again.
So the idea is that, every time a user is forced to sign in again for no good reason, the person who suggested the idea and the manager(s) who approved it get smacked on the head by a robotic arm. Doesn't have to be painful, just a reminder of the sheer stupidity they came up with.

シンボル編集モードでのレイヤーオプションの保存がされない
シンボルを作成後、配置されたシンボルをダブルクリックしてシンボル編集モードにし、レイヤーオプションのカラー（パスを選択したときに表示される色）を変更する。
シンボル編集モードを一旦終了し、再度編集モードに入ると、変更状態が保存されていない。

It would be helpful if you had the option to cancel a quit.
It would be helpful to have a cancel button for when you quit the program. I constantly hit Command Q instead of Command W and I have no option to save my work before it quits. All I can do is clear the clipboard.

Reverse Track a Linked Image
I would be like to be able to find an image (jpg/png) in my files, and see what documents it is linked to in InDD and AI.
I do a LOT of image linking, and it would help me (perhaps in Bridge? don't know what's best) to be able to open an image file, and see what documents I have linked it to.
It would help me track how many times I've used something already, who (of my clients) have already seen it, and often I can remember the image, but not what I've used it for.

Copy paste sublayers
For projects you use in Adobe Character Animator. Make it possible to copy the whole mouth group (with sublayers smile, neutral, ...).

Save for Web
The new and NOT IMPROVED Illustrator does not allow me to save gifs and jpegs for the web. I used this feature all time since I design web banners - and now it's gone! Thanks for nothing, Adobe!

"Check Spelling" Back or Undo Last Button
Add a back button or Undo Last button in the "Check Spelling" dialog box. Many times I accidentally skip a word that needs correction and I have to restart "Check Spelling" from the beginning.
Other times I accidentally pick the wrong correction and have to quit "Check Spelling" undo the fix and restart the process all over again.

Abo zu teuer ist im Vergleich zum Preis-Nutzungs-Verhältnis und sich dadurch anderer Programme bedienen. Share for Review Feature - Multiple Updates (Clearing Cache)
I’ve been using Illustrator’s Share for Review feature and I honestly love it. It’s made collaboration with large teams so much easier it has organized comments, smooth conversations, and automatic updates when I refresh the link. It’s been a huge improvement for our big presentations and data-heavy reports.
One issue I’ve run into: after many revision rounds, some reviewers don’t see the updated file unless they hard refresh or clear their browser cache. This can be tricky for clients or senior team members who might not know how to do that.

Make it possible to have NO active Artboard
I often take screenshots of my work within Illustrator for Proofing purposes and more.. but when doing this I'm often stuck with the dark outline of the active artboard mixed in with multiple other images that do not have the dark artboard line. yes, often times I can simply hide artboards and get what I need, but other times what I'm looking for is only within my Trim view.
