Update Blob Brush Tool Please with Refined Corners
Can you please add the feature of blog brush for clean drawings? Like no edges something like a paintbrush tool but an enhanced version. Please check the attachment for what I mean.. Just simply all lines joined together so it not create a mess. Thank You

A program to make bag pattern, , leather items for us vitiate people that are not that great on computers.
A program for us vitiate people that allows us to create leather bag, or other items. With capability to print on EU, 8.5x10 , plotter for larger designs. I know some people are able to use AI for this , however some of use are computer challenge, something made simple would be nice.

Bonjour, quand on souhaite étirer un vecteur pour la deuxième fois sur l'une des deux poignées avec l 'outil sélection directe afin d' étirer l' ensemble des 2 vecteurs (égalité des 2 longueurs de vecteurs) ce n'est pas possible, on est obligé de détruire le vecteur en repassant par l'outil point d'encrage.
Pourriez-vous faire un raccourci clavier pour éviter ce problème ?

Improved curve tools: splines
I think curve drawing in illustrator could learn a lot from 3d design software like Fusion360 but particularly Rhino: the options to draw curves there are very very advanced and allow for extreme precision and manipulability

Smart Guides and the Rotate Tool: Incremental Rotation Angles
When rotating an object with the rotate tool and holding shift, objects snap to 45° increments.
I am suggesting that increments of rotation be customizable, allowing such increments as 1°, 5°, 10° 15° 30° and 45°.
Trying to get integer values of rotation, with the current method of dragging to rotate an object, is nigh impossible. This would allow for easier creation of polar arrays and the accurate rotation of objects in general.

Draw/brush selection
I work with pixel art. When I select I need to click on every single pixel to change color, if it's not simple shapes like a rectangle that I can marquee and select. If I draw, I just drag the pixels around accidentally. I would like to draw a selection with a brush (any brush I like), and that whatever is covered beneath what I draw by the brush gets selected. And it shall be in a mode that no pixels or objects or anything is dragged around.

Intuitive drawing: "Pencil tool" in mode adding "Blob brush tool"
Hi,
I would like to be able to draw, draw and model using the Pencil Tool in edit mode like the "Blob brush tool".
Eg.
1 • Pencil Tool. I draw any shape.
2 • I mark this shape and draw another one
3 • The effect is the automatic joining of these shapes into one summary.Such a simple, fast and intuitive way to draw ketor shapes for the cartoonist.
Attention.
• Drawing with the "Blob brush tool" is a different shape effect without sharp lines. Eg saw. E.g. lasts or coat or hair cartoons.

Is there a reason why when setting the size of the Eraser the slide goes down to 0? Would be quicker to adjust if it would stop at 1.

2D physics engine
Nothing too complex. Just an engine allowing user to apply rigid body and collider body to shapes and symbols. A timeline to play the effect, then we can bake a state into a frozen frame. Along the lines of Newton in After effects.

CorelDRAW-like node behavior: intuitive select/deselect, maintain shape when deleting a node, two-sided handles.
Years ago, the most painful switch from CorelDRAW (10) to Illustrator (5.5, then CC) was the bezier drawing behavior. I have no experience with newer versions of CorelDRAW, but I'm assuming they behave similarly to v10.
1. CorelDRAW required fewer clicks to select, manipulate and deselect nodes and the lines they live on. Also, the switch between the normal and direct selection tools (white and black arrows in AI) could be done without returning to the tools menu.
2. When a node was deleted in CorelDRAW, the software "did the math" and maintained the overall shape (when possible). That's very…6 votes -

Editable path smoothing for pencil and brush paths
I'm proposing smoothing that may be applied or removed after a path has been created with the pencil or brush tool by the user. When a path is being created, the program would capture necessary coordinate information and the path would be represented on screen as drawn, or with a certain amount of smoothing (set prior to drawing in tool panel). If the user wanted more or less smoothing applied after creating the path, the amount could be adjusted by selecting the path and changing the amount applied. If the path would no longer need adjusting, it could be expanded…

In the symbol pallet you can select to sort symbols by name. It would be wonderful if this option was also available for your brush pallet.

Move selected anchors by coordinates
In InDesign when you select some specific anchor points on a path with the direct selection tool, and want to move them x- or y-wise, you can enter the value and hit return to make the selected points move accordingly. Or you can move them by dragging them.

Toggle Lasso tool
When using the direct select tool, use a key modifier to toggle the lasso tool rather than always having to completely switch tools to get the lasso tool.
