Stop playing games with my head and fix asap. This is beyond a joke that every time I'm working a tool suddenly disappears and I need to spend ages rooting around to find it again!

The Editable tool Window is a good idea but it is completely useless with out a lock feature. this make Illustrator very Difficult to use and Can and has driven many people from the program. I cna't even tell when I moved a tool to the wrong polace

YES.. We definitely need to be able to lock it. I love you can rearrange, but it's a nightmare because you can accidentally move something when you are working fast and just trying to click a tool.

How nice! I received an email saying that all of our ideas were "merged" into one thread! How about an email saying that you fixed the damned problem?

To anybody working at Adobe- please make the Adobe Illustrator toolbar so that the tools do not arbitrary move on their own. We can move the tools ourselves if we want to. We do not want to play hide and seek with our tools. Thank you.

I am wasting time finding the right tool every minute. I'm working with Illustrator for many years and I used to work with the tools without looking wich one I picked because it's a routine, but now I'm using the wrong tool or can't find it. Please let us lock it!!!

I'm wasting my professional time trying to locate a tool. The tools need to be able to be locked down asap!!! So frustrating the stupid tools are moving around randomly. I have to reset them too many times a day!

This is absolutely ridiculous that the tool bar is not able to be locked. I often wonder how things like this slips through development especially with such a large company.

I thought I was the only one, I'm working on plans for a major reno right now and I'm on a timeline and never in my 20 + years working with AI have I had to deal with this ultra annoying waste of massive pro time. No joke, this is so annoying, I just want to smash my f*^%#^# mouse on a wall, I'm losing patience fast right now. Why does Adobe keep "fixing" stuff that was in no way ever an issue? Ask your end-users before screwing around with their workflow! Don't re-invent the screwdriver to make it pretty, it works, it's a **** screwdriver, leave it alone! For every good change in this software, there's a ******** change we didn't ask for! I say STOP!

This is giving me a headache and frustration everytime I open up Illustrator. Spend more time searching where the tool is hiding than doing any work.
Professionals need to know where the tool is every time they need it. If it is in the same place, then it makes workflow faster.

Whew, this is an efficiency NIGHTMARE! Me and my work colleagues are all experiencing this one.
Our left side tools are always different every time we open illustrator... even in saved workspaces.
Went to draw a square just now, can't find ANY of the shape tools, oh there they are combined with the ********** tool? Argh :( This is killing my productivity...

Toolbar tools moving randomly and unable to move them back, unable to lock the toolbar once you love how its arranged.
Adobe tech says it's a corrupt Preference that can be deleted and re-start Illustrator, but I don't believe it.
