Agree with all these folks. Toolbox needs a lock. Super frustrating to have things constantly moving around.

Can't believe this issue has not been fixed... v23 is useless with this toolbar and it's a shame because the other new features are great. Back with version 2018, I had a full luscious head of hair, but now with version 2019, I'm bald...

I moved back to v22 shortly after installing v23. I sure hope Adobe is working on this broken toolbar.

So frustrating and a time wasting

Ive been working in illustrator from day one and I now hate it! Its slows me down, why the **** would you want a moving tool box! LOCK IT BACK!!! listen to the people that work in the industry and not the chumps you employ!!!

Adobe just get worse , like the new move options which try to help you but have no idea what you are doing, Illustrator is falling apart before my eyes. Since the advent of CC the application has got worse every time it is updated. They are not making anything simpler to use, just more frustrating. People familiar with using illustrator do not need the changes that are continually being inserted which may help the uneducated and inexperienced but will drive the experienced to looking for a better designed application. I do not make these comments lightly as an Adobe Illustrator user since the 88 version.
Another continual problem is when you attempt to pick up small objects and instead Illustrator decideds to rotate them, soooooo f**king frustrating.

Lock toolbar button. Hurry up.

Daryl; yes, they have been called, and mailed and everything.. but they say the issue is not important enough, and want to wait for the next update in about SIX MONTHS to fix it. That's why this vote has started. :)

This has been an Issue since the launch of new edition. It's ludicrous that it still hasn't been fixed. Is Adobe aware of how big an issue this is?

Please add a way to lock the tools in the toolbar. This is affecting my workflow. 5-10 minutes a day and making my blood pressure rise. Would also be great when editing a current workspace, to save incrememental changes, like you can in Adobe Premiere.

Please include an option to lock the toolbar. Tools are changing location seemingly at random.
