Context menus/ popups close automatically

When expanding any tool menu or opening any context menu/ pop up menu for any navigational elements, the pop up menu will open for one second and quickly close. If you can select a nested element/option in that popup before the popup closes in that brief second then good, otherwise the popup closes and you have to try again. This includes all tool menus on the left bar such as color swatches, pencil tool drop down, text tool drop down etc.. and on the top bar menu items such as export, help, settings, export etc.. the problem seems related to any menu drop down that behaves like a ‘popup’.
The panels on the right bar such as layers, properties etc.. do not have this problem and they remain open.
Currently the illustrator app is unusable. The problem persists in the 1.1 update.

Fabio Nasci, yes, the problem ceased completely for me after I restored the iPad's settings.

I fixed this issue…. At least for now….. it started after I had turned on iPad voice control….
It seemed weird to me that the menus seemed like something else was clicking away from them… I figured maybe voice control was messing up my touch input…
I turned it off and now the menus stay….
-settings….accessibility…. Voice control (toggle off) -

I recently bought ipad pro 11 2021.
adobe illustrator is upto date.
when ever I open an fly out menus, they dissapear within 1 sec.
they stay on if I keep holding the button, but as soon as I lift the finger pufff, they are gone.
Even with this I can try to select the options from 1st level of fly out menu, but not the second level options. like selecting a color is fine, but cant change the brightness.
The app is up-to-date, I tried to uninstall and install again. Not working.Ipad version: 15.1

I “believe” this bug is second I to update 3 days ago but am not positive. I can no longer complete 90% of my workflow. Please help.
