App opens, but instantly crashes after opening old or new file (ipad)

I can’t do anything, the app just crashes instantly after opening a file on ipad. I tried to delete the app and instsll it again, but no difference.

    Yes, I downloaded it today and cant have it open for more than 5 - 10 seconds before it crashes. I don’t think I’ll be paying for the subscription at this rate
