グラフィック2のみ動かせる方法ないですか？

If i set the shadow to be projected below the object it actually sets the light source below the object and makes it impossible to rotate the light source to project from above. It seems like a bug in the code.

Bea, old 3D effects are still there in Illustrator, under Effect > 3D and Materials > 3D (Classic) — with Map Art and pure vector output

when using the 3d effects on strokes, and choosing to render using ray tracing, it abruptly cuts off the end of many strokes (with round end cap already applied)

When you click an extruded object, that you have deselected and want to edit again, the change you do, doesn't seem to update. If I use a slider, it remembers the setting, but the viewport doesn't update for example the extrude depth. I regards all settings though.

I don't know if any user has raised this before, but the 3D Extrude and Bevel in Illustrator (29.8.2) has an issue. When trying to manipulate an object by rotating it, the object completely pixellates as it is adjusted. It's impossible to ascertain the positioning as it just becomes a massed blob of pixels whilst I am trying to position it. Whether positioning it manually, or by using the X,Y, Z sliders, the problem still persists. Zooming in doesn't work either (the pixellation just increases in size). See screen grab- as you can see, the item I am trying to manipulate is completely pixellated as and whenever I try to reposition it.

The Classic version doesn't have this issue, and the object remains clear at all times. A shame as the new version has more features, but it's quite unusable because of this.

Can you sort this issue out?

When we cast shadows in 3D, we need to be able to adjust their transparency. Furthermore, the pre-render image and the post-render image should be similar.

Performance suggestion: as a panel, every adjustment causes the object to re-render, so fine-tuning the settings takes a long time. Maybe put a Render button on bottom with an on/off toggle switch labeled something like Delayed Render. Kind of like how Excel does it with Pivot Table updates.

I apparently don't have enough RAM to do this. I'm trying to add a material to the border of the left file, it's a fill not a stoke...I have 96GB of RAM.... I am apparently using 26GB of memory. 70 Gb of RAM Should really be enough for almost anything I would think. Please let me know if there's a way I can use these tools if not I'll have to go back to my client and say "Adobe can't do it" once again

Seem to be unable to access color parameter of imported sbsars even though it is properly exposed in the ds graph. Is this a known bug? s there something else I should be checking/looking into?

Stéphane, a 3D and Materials effect is an effect, and behaves as other effect in Illustrator — you can combine and stack them in the Appearance panel, and you can save the customized appearances inside of the Graphic Styles panel.

Ever since it was introduced, I haven't been able to access the new 3d & Materials (only the classic version). With any attempt I make to eg. inflate I get this error message: 'The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error [Clr?]'. I use Illustrator 29.6.1 on a Mac Mini M1.

Die Änderung der Materialfarben für die 3D-Darstellung in Illustrator funktioniert nicht - insbesondere die Farbänderung ist nicht möglich. Hier muss mann immer umständlich neue Farben in Substance anlegen :/
