Starter Toolbar
Starter Toolbar — a new toolbar organization in Illustrator that makes finding and using tools more intuitive. This new toolbar reorganizes similar tools into logical groups, making it easier to locate exactly what you need.

I love Illustrator is finally bringing back separators (with captions even)... but I don’t like these are hardcoded and can’t be put in other toolbars.
There are many thing toolbars need, but I’d never say another 'basic' toolbar is what we needed. I hope the team scouts UV and learn about toolbar docking, file-per-toolbar, search tool by name, spring-loaded tools, tool hotkey cycling... -

I use the custom toolbars feature, but it needs improving. I would love to have a starter toolbar or preset starters that I could then edit. It is simpler to remove tools you don't want, and then save it. Instead, we're given an empty toolbar that you then have to tediously add tools to begin customizing it.
