    Having used Affinity designer for a while I am blown away by the whole UI. It makes using illustrator a chore in comparison but I need to have After effects compatibility. A stand out feature is being able to drag a layer on top of another to create a clipping mask. It also doesn’t delete the mask layer so no need to duplicate it first if you want to keep the mask source. It is a much better solution than Adobe and should be added to desktop and iPad!

    The layers get very glitchy when something changes. They display the wrong thumbnail and can’t select and delete them
