An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Denise commentedI think I may have figured it out.
Out of the box, the menu commands in illustrator shortcuts are all empty!!!
i may try reinstalling it.An error occurred while saving the comment Denise commentedYes. I just updated to 2023 and now they do not work. They work properly in Photoshop and InDesign as expected.
I have checked my keyboard settings, reset ill preferences etc.
When I hit the command key all it does is shows me the current tool down at the bottom.
Very odd.
I think it is glitchy. I even used the menu to say File/New and it did nothing.
Restarted mac and app as well.Denise shared this idea · -

Ok. So it works ok if you do a completely new install. By that I mean do not keep previous preferences.
If I check to keep prefs from other versions, it does not transfer correctly.
