    We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved

    a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
    b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
    c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
    d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.

    It keeps on doing this on my Ipad 9. When I tried to save the files, it says can’t save a file. Then the app crashes and freezes.
