33 votesThis seems to be fixed in the latest Beta 30.7.0.83, finally. The menu now has the same size as other ones. Please check this, if possible.

We have rolled out a version with the fix for this issue. Please update to 27.8.1 from your Creative Cloud App to have the issue fixed. Thanks for your patience.

I've had the same issue for all the time I've been using Illustrator on Windows 10 and 11. I do change my resolution so my screenshot includes both. They both display the effect menu differently to the other menus.
