    While there is still no way to completely disable the Smooth panel when the Smooth tool is picked, the bar now remembers its position and better picks the initial location.

    Please comment on this behavior and upvote if you think there still should be an option to not show it.

    Move the disruptive pop-up that appears every single darn time you select this tool! It has doubled my time in having to drag it out of the way! Why on earth would you have this box appear directly over what you are wanting to smooth????? It was a simple step to adjust the smoothing degree before, I don't need this pop up every single time. Really horrible change.

    How do I fix this? My cursor is flickering rapidly and it is very difficult to grab and rotate my bounding box now.
