the issue has been resolved by Appple in macOSX 10.13.4
Please upgrade to resolve the issueAn error occurred while saving the comment Lester commentedIllustrator is very slow since High Sierra update. I mean...VERY!
When selecting object they move around VERY slow, leaving glitches of the object on my artboard. When selecting an object it takes a second for the handler/segments/paths to appear.
// macOS High Sierra
// 10.13
// Mac Pro (late 2013)
// 3,5 GHz 6-core Intel Xeon E5
// 32GB 1866 MHz DDR3
// AMD FirePro D500 3 GBI unchecked the GPU settings... still awfully slow.
Still can't find it... this is from last year...
