    I've had the exact same experience! Please fix!!!! I set some type and then using the warp tool I apply an effect. After that I simply attempt to change the font by using the Character palette and it often doesn't allow me to simply move my cursor to a specific font. It all disappears! It's definitely a glitch!! It never used to do this.
