Fix for this issue is available in Beta build 27.9.0.5. You can install this from CCD Beta Apps section.

Hi ,
The bug will be fixed when PS is upgraded to the latest version 22.3.1 . Kindly update PS to 22.3.1 and Bridge to the latest version. If the issue still happens, kindly reset your Settings in both PS and Bridge.

We have not removed the previous toolbar, it is just that it is not the default. Please use the Window menu > toolbar to get back to the advanced toolbar

Brand new Mac Studio with LG monitor. It's really frustrating.
