We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 22.1.

I would like to know if your issue is resolved ? If not please help us by answering few questions-
Hardware you were working?
Is this very frequent?
Your operating system?
Are you connected to a VPN?Please revert us back with the above information,it may help us to reproduce the issue in house.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI have had this problem since Sept. No one from Adobe has addressed it successfully. Oddly this doesn't happen on my iMac .... only on my MBP.
