An error occurred while saving the comment Melina commentedThis happens to me too, fonts will just randomly disappear even though they are activated. Seems to be a Creative Cloud issue as they are always Adobe Typekit fonts, and once I deactivate them and reactivate them they show up again. Closing/restarting Illustrator doesn't help. Super annoying.

An error occurred while saving the comment Melina commentedSame issue! Also Windows 10 and latest Illustrator. Closing just the document window does work without having to shut down Illustrator completely, but is super annoying as it happens every time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Melina commented1. OS: Windows 10, Adobe Illustrator V25.1
2. I used the Repeat Object tool, mirrored an object, then double-clicked into it to edit it. Once edited, I clicked out of the tool.
3. Expect to click out and have other layers/objects unaffected.
4. When I click out of the Mirror Repeat tool, all my hidden objects are no longer hidden, and all my locked objects are unlocked. This happens every time I edit a Repeated object.Melina supported this idea · -

Hi Melina ,
Thanks for reporting this issue, Illustrator team really appreciate this.
As per attached screen shot , for the selected Text object your fill is below the Characters in appearance panel.
Can you kindly move the Fill above the characters and change fill. This will hopefully resolve your problem.
In order to identify the root cause , can you kindly provide us eyedropper setting snapshot ,you can find eyedropper settings by double click on eyedropper tool .Thanks

Can't believe it has been this way since I started using Illustrator (CS3) and still has not been fixed. Honestly it's kind of a big ****-you to all graphic designers who use AI at this point, it's been an issue for so long.
