I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!
An error occurred while saving the comment Sanjay Kumar commentedHi,
If you get an incompatibility in Nvidia driver, please check for an update for your driver at
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
If you get an updated driver which is released within in a year then please update it. If not then NVIDIA has discontinued releasing updates to your driver which is a bit old and either you can update the card or switch off this reporting via preferences.
Edit > preferences > General > Show system compatibility check ...If you are getting the incompatibility because of Intel driver, check for the latest driver at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics
If you find that that driver is latest but Illustrator is still showing it as incompatible, then most probably it is an old graphic card. The driver series would not be of the form x.x.100.x
You can continue to use your old card as you have been using earlier. Suppress the check via preferences as mentioned above. But it is recommended to work on a later graphics card.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sanjay Kumar commentedHi @caveman38,
Were you able to work properly with the older driver and clicking the continue... button? Can you please share the system compatibility report exported file?
Also if the older driver was working correctly, Can you please try going back to the old driver and suppressing the System compatibility report via the preferences I shared earlier.

If you want to continue working with the current driver and don't want to see this message, you can turn off the via preferences.
An error occurred while saving the comment Sanjay Kumar commentedHello,
As per the attached report, the video Driver is intel(R) HD Graphics 630 v.23.20.16.4974, and all drivers before version 6285 have some issues while working properly with Illustrator.
But if you still don't want to see this dialog, you can turn off the System Compatibility Report from the preferences.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sanjay Kumar commentedHi Leonardo,
As per your report you have a card for which NVIDIA has stopped releasing any new updates. So if you wish to continue using that card, you can suppress this report from the preferences.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sanjay Kumar commentedHi TKS,
Since your graphic card/hardware is a bit old, Illustrator is reporting it as unsupported. Though you can disable this warning from the preferences in General section by unchecking "Show system compatibility check ..."

It appears that the driver is the latest but the graphic card is itself old. But you can suppress this message via the preferences.

With 23.1, If your pinch to zoom is not working, Can you please try enabling "Force Enabled Pinch-to-Zoom on Touchpad" preference in General Section.
Sanjay.
Hi @SASH,
Your Intel card is a bit old and hence it is reported as incompatible. If you cant upgrade to a new card, you can suppress the warning via preferences. Uncheck General > "Show system compatibility issues at startup"
