   Hi friends! I have some great news for your today. Rotate View (Canvas) feature is available in Illustrator 25.3 (Desktop) now. Thank you all for your feedback which helped us shape up this feature.

   Rotate view tool/option seems to be missing from the beta?

   I've downloaded the beta, where can I find the rotate canvas new feature?

   Well 11 emails later between me and Adobe's customer service and this is the best response we're getting. They won't even acknowledge the delay there's been for an update.
