1. Width Tool Numeric Control

   When using the Width Tool to manipulate the width of a stroke, it would be helpful to have the option to alt+click and enter the desired width in a dialog box, in a similar fashion to the Rotate Tool.

2. Better drivers for monoprice drawing tablet

   Drawing with monoprice drawing tablets causes random drawing effects. Trying to draw a straight line will cause loops, be off screen, etc. Only with brush tool currently. Drawing will occur without pressure just hovering above the tablet.

3. Editing curve workflow.

   Fix this idiotic editing curve workflow where you have to switch between 4 tools. For the Christ, Buddha, Mahomet or whoever Sake. FIX IT!!!!!!! Haven't you tried other software where such simple task are 10 times easier? !!!!!

4. Add Anchor Tool: Make it easier to add multiple anchors

   When doing a complex drawing, I often start with a simple shape and then use the "Add Anchor Point" tool to add points to a line, near where I plan to place them (by clicking and dragging). For instance I'm drawing a partially constructed "Death Star" for a T-shirt I'm designing. I started with a circle, and on one side of the circle, I'm creating the (cartoonish) effect of a "ragged edge". This requires a sh*t load of anchor points, which have to be created by clicking on the perimeter of the founding circle, then moving slightly along the line, and finally aiming and clicking again. Emphasis on "aiming", which is quite tedious, since I miss 20 to 30% of the time.

   It would be splendid if I could aim once, then repeatedly click, and watch little anchor points march along the line, spacing themselves, from each other, for easy click-and-drag, when it comes time to place the little buggers.

   I saw the "More advanced 'Add Anchor Points' function" request, but it seems over complicated, so I didn't vote on it.

5. stop Live corners assumptions

   When drawing with the curvature, I haven't tested with regular pen, if you draw a mix of corners and somewhat curved surfaces, then you go back to add some nice radiused corners, you will likely be annoyed by illustrator Thinking that you intended to draw a giant chamfer.

   No, I didn't draw a large chamfer. Do not assume I drew a large chamfer. Assuming a radius when illustrator sees a tangent arc connecting two lines is Great. But with chamfer there's nothing to be tangent to. So just because I drew two sharp corners in a row, before two curved segments, doesn't mean that I wanted it to be a chamfer!!!!

   I'm trying to create some somewhat technical drawings in illustrator. If you compare it to Some other software (not going to say which ones) the experience is Terrible. Adding live corners was great. I had to use a plugin to do that before, and it wasn't live. I had to select a corner, run the script, hit undo. I don't need it often, so can't pay for Astute graphics.

   And there's no solution to this, sort of.

   The workaround is, when you find a chamfer that you didn't want, get the direct select tool and nudge one of the corners. That breaks the chamfer that you "wanted."

   This should not be happening. Seems like a bug. The corner should not become a chamfer unless you do an Option-click on the live corner widget. Could you please share more details on when this happens?

7. Change arrow cursor back to how it used to be.

   I would VERY much like to be able to change the arrow cursor style back to how it was prior to the most recent update. I do not like the arrows no longer having a handle; perhaps I'm irrational, but it's really throwing me and disrupting my workflow.

9. Illustrator - Trace image and turn in to an editable path instead of shapes

   I would love to be able to take my drawings and use the live trace feature (or maybe even a feature within the Illustrator app??) that would allow me to trace my hand-drawn sketches (on paper) and turn them into line paths instead of outlined shapes. This way, I don't have to trace my images again, once they are in Illustrator. It would be a huge time saver!

   There are options for image tracing in AI. Extended panel gives you an ability to select Strokes instead of Fills. Tweaking these can help you with that. Please comment back if you think these should be refined.

10. Global "Scale Strokes" Setting Affected by Scale Tool

    When I check or uncheck the "scale strokes" option in the scale tool, this affects the global stroke-scaling setting. This isn't expected, nor desired.

    In 2023, in Illustrator 27 the Intertwine feature was added that allows to change the partial order of objects, making it possible to send only some segments backwards.
