typing in a new art board size every time AI is opened is a pain. 13 x 19 inch is a common film size that a lot of screen printers use. It would save time to pick that size as a default rather than filling it in as a custom board all the time

Can we please have the ability to add our own presets in categories we select? Thanks...

It would be so nice to be able to create blanc templates (not only A5 but every custom format) an put it in the wanted section like «print» | «web» | «mobile» etc…

While Adobe does not add new templates I use the following workaround:
Create a new document with desired dimensions (once) -> Save as template -> somwhere_you_like/(MY_TEMPLATE.ait) -> move this file to /Applications/Adobe Illustrator XX/Cool Extras/en_GB <or your_language>/Templates/Blank Templates/ (requires password).
Then Illustrator -> New File From Template (shift-command-N) and voilà.

sigghhhhhh... looks like Adobe still hasn't bothered fixing this issue then, even with the latest update I've just done. Its such a basic essential option too!

I can't believe A1-A6 aren't available as presets. Also not clear how to add them myself!

we need a way to store comon page sizes in the profiles, A4 and A3 are there but i also use A2, A5, A6 and various other standard sizes !
I ahve created a custom profile but it only stores a default paper size, and no options to add paper sizes... also the print paper size options are less than my new prifile!!!

Just stumbled across this (additional) missing part of AI. Doesn't look like a deliberate decision by Adobe, just another oversight. Please rectify asap.

Please make A2, A1 and A0 into blank document presets.

The New Document Dialog has very poor (print) presets with only 7 (!) options to choose from. Please add all DIN-A sized formats starting from A7 or A8 all the way up to A0. It would be great to also include some of the most common B (posters) and C (envelopes and such) sizes as well as common American sizes. They can be categorized neatly with DIN-A, B, C and American sizes. That would be really helpful when creating new documents.

Completely agree! Please add in default new document sizes for all 'A' paper dimensions - A0-A6.

As mentioned elsewhere, I can't believe no one at Adobe has thought to add this in. It must be such a simple thing to do.
