5. I loathe this 2021 update

   There are so many issues with this update. I'm not even sure where to start. Functions that were always present are now gone. This is seriously messing with my speed and efficiency. What a mess!

   Where did the free transform function go? When I'm using the selection/direct selection tools, the anchor points for resizing are gone. PUT THEM BACK!

   Key commands aren't working properly. Example: Command C > command F should paste in place, but NOT duplicate. I've spend stupid amounts of time trying to figure out why the **** I have extra boxes.

   There are more, but these are my primary issues.

   Please leave our tried and true functions alone. These are NOT improvements. They're hinderances.

6. Mobile Banking to Pay for Illustrator & Reduced fees based on country specific financial status.

   Countries like Bangladesh faces a situation where using cracks is the standard practice. And as a Bangladeshi I would like to put two requests:

   1. Reduce prices depending on geocultural financial status. In Bangladesh, 4$ - 5$ would be a standard price.

   2. Keep options of using local mobile banking services to pay for adobe subscriptions. In Bangladesh the most popular is "Bkash".

   If you consider my suggestions, your revenue would increase for sure. And people like me would not be forced to use *****.

7. Stop changing the name of Illustrator application.

   Most applications retain the same "Application" name between versions. This makes transitioning between versions easy when working with a script-driven automation workflow. Illustrator is unique because the application name changes with every "update". This greatly complicates our ability to easily update Illustrator in our workflow. Please consider maintaining the same application name like most applications do.

8. Paint, Draw, Spatter on Vector like Raster for Visual Digital Artisans

   It takes conversations like this to know what customers want to dive into if they see Adobe, & for years I tried but run away from Adobe, it was extreme, even Illustrator. It didn’t feel like the art drawing, medium, etc.

   I grew up learning. No one grew up as a child to use Adobe. But they can if it feels like it on screen. You are #1 and growing too, my voice hopefully adds more light that.

   Combine easier icons that newbies know, more raster in style (Rebelle, Artrage), but Adobe all in one vector that combines the two, for mass 3D production (from Glowforge, Cricut, Silhouette). This pandemic gave me time to try to learn Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop) before trying competitors software.

   Cut Adobe Spark spike whatever that software you spend $25-50/mth, no way most can afford that now.

   Teach examples on how to make those designs instead. It benefits newbies, starving artist who but want to experience making the design it with their 2 hands than buying 1 in vain.

   Lastly, I’m a visual artist who’s goal is making art through Glowforge. This software needs to work or its the competition who wins. Just thinking out loud. Thank you

9. Please update your troubleshooting/fix instruction for the bg "The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error. [CANT]".

   Effect - > 3D -> Extrude & Bevel...

   Following all the Adobe Support site instructions, the bug could not be solved. Even after uninstalled Illustrator and re-installed it, the issue persist.

   Environment:

   *MacOS Bug Sur: 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 & 16 GB(Memory) 3733 MHz LPDDR4X

   *Creative Cloud - Illustrator 2021

   Applied all the troubleshooting documented in:

    The only wayt to get the Puppet Warp tool is to upgrade at least to October 2017 version or newer. The tool is hidden in the Basic toolbox, and is located in Free Transform tool group in Advanced toolbox. Switch these in Window > Toolbars menu.

18. Problem with Adobe Illustrator pressure on a Surface pro 7

    I recently purchased a Surface Pro 7. I am a graphic designer and an artist and I've always worked on Illustrator but after installing it to my Surface Pro the experience is ruined for me.

    I cannot get a sharp line even if my life depended on it.

    Basically the lines inside the box are the lines I'm getting, the single line outside of the box is what I should be getting but I'm not. It's like the pressure works but not on the low end as I can't make a line sharp, it always ends up like this.

    By the way - When I first set up my Calligraphic 3x3 pressure brush and when I try to draw a line it looks like it's not being processed but it actually turns out with the right pressure, as it's supposed to be, but then when I get the real time processing (about half a minute later) and I can see the pressure while I am drawing the line I am getting these awful round lines.

    P.S. The device is not faulty as the pressure sensitivity works great in Photoshop and Clip Paint Studio and I get great sharp lines there with accurate pressure.

    Please help me, I want to continue using Illustrator, that's why I bought the Surface Pro 7 initially, but I just can't get the pressure to work right! All of the Surface Pro users are experiencing this same bug so it is a big issue and I hope that you manage to find a way to fix it with the information that I provided.

    The intended way to do this in Illustrator is to use a dedicated Shear Tool (nested in the Scale tool group in the tool panel) or a Free Transform tool.
