  2. Surface Pro GPU Issues

    Hello. Been having problems with fonts showing up with 'scratched' edges on Illustrator CC. I've cleaned up caches including font cache and have installed previous Illustrator version 15.3 and still the same issue. Please see attachment to view problem.

    This issue is fixed by Intel in their latest driver update (15.46.02.4729 – released on 11 JUL 2017 ) available at – https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26941/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-46-?product=88358

    This update cannot show up driver search, as it might take some time for Microsoft to get it integrated in their Surface Pro driver updates. Microsoft prevents installing driver directly from Intel if you try the installer directly, however latest driver from Intel can be installed with steps listed in section “Update video adapter device drivers” > “Intel (Surface Pro devices)” in below link

  3. Calculation in New Document does not work correctly

    I tried 300/4, which resulted in 0.04. Should be 75.

  4. TIFF's generate Color Management Error in MacOS High Sierra.

    When in macOS Sierra I can drag or import any TIFF without any issues or errors. My colors on screen are rich and vibrant and darker.

    When in MacOS High Sierra I do the same thing I get a Color Management Error, and all my colors are faded and lighter.

  5. User Guide Correction - Broken Links

    The section of the user guide called Painting > Gradients is full of nothing but broken links. https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/gradients.html
    Your links all just forward to http://create.adobe.com/ and http://tv.adobe.com/vi+f1586v1019
    which isn't helpful at all if you're trying to read the user guide in any meaningful way. Of course I can google ways to use the gradient tools but I came to you for the definitive "adobe prescribed" version of information as a way to prepare for your ACE exams. I know I'm not the only one who does this to bone up so if someone could help fix broken links it would…

  6. Can't save color themes even when signed in

    I'm trying to save a color theme but when I mouse over "Save" it says "You must sign to save color themes" even though I am already signed in according to the Help drop down menu. As a result I can't save any color themes. I'm using the 1 week trial version of Adobe Illustrator called Adobe Illustrator CC Tryout 2017.1.0 Release.
