New Document Window issues
Illustrator 25.2.3 64bit
Windows 10
Newest version of illustrator, on the New Document window, you can no long select and highlight any of the form fields with a mouse click and drag.
Also for a long time i have been frustrated with the tabbing order of width > Units > height. when it really needs to be width > height > units
People rarely change their units, and it's just an annoying extra tab when you have to do this 100 times a day.

Does the highlighting still not work for you?
Seems to be fixed for me in the latest release (but not the Tab order yet).
