    Need More Info  ·  AdminAkshaya Saxena (Admin, Adobe Illustrator) responded

    We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved

    a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
    b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
    c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
    d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.

    A) both
    B) yes, every few strokes it crashes and app does not save work automatically
    C) this is a brand new iPad Air 4th Gen 256 GB. There is no RAM problem.
