When downloaded, installed and logged in, the app works fine. When I close the app on my iPad Pro 12.9” 2nd Gen, it will no longer open. It keeps crashing when opened. I have to delete and redownload to use it.
iPad iOS is up to date.
Can you please share logs from Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvement > Analytics data > Adobe Illustrator-YYYY-MM-DD-TTTTTT.ips

I have the same problem. This should have my logs in it.
I am having that problem also. Until a solution is found I’d recommend just signing out of your account every time you are going to close out the application. It’s annoying but at least you do not have to re download it to use it.
