An error occurred while saving the comment Marley commentedI CANNOT stress the importance of this issue!!!!
For those of us that use this to share files to clients externally, inaccuracies like this have bigger repercussions than you could imagine. When you send flawed artwork to clients, it can be incredibly confusing to them as consumers who do not understand the "nuances" of graphic design and Adobe products that can be riddled with silly bugs.(But no worries, let's continue dumping money into AI features instead of fixing the issues we already have...... I digress.)
As I was saying, this can negatively alter the client's perception of the marketer, perhaps wondering why they spent so much money on a graphic designer who submits flawed artwork with improper bleeds. Then, we must explain to our client that it is not our error, but the error of the design program we are using. And yes, we are using "top of the line" products that are considered by most to be the "best in the industry".
My attached screenshot shows the edge of my artwork in the previewer. It appears as though my artwork was not bled off the edge of the artboard, which it was.. by about .25".
Please fix this silly problem. It's embarrassing, damaging to the client/marketer relationship, and impeding to workflows.

In CC 2019 (latest update 23.0.1), at 100% Zoom 1inch artwork would display at 1inch in physical (Print) size, on any display. If this doesn’t work right for screen design workflows, please use the checkbox Preferences > General > Display Print Size at 100% Zoom, to turn off the feature. Currently this feature works only on primary display, and there are plans of extending this to other attached displays.
An error occurred while saving the comment Marley commentedThis is STILL NOT WORKING. It's not fair for you guys to mark this as COMPLETED when it's not fixed. 100% view is inaccurate, even with the Display Print Size checked.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 26.3.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!
An error occurred while saving the comment Marley commentedThis feature does not even make sense to me. I understand that there are two different "sizes" in illustrator. But I would expect a setting called "display print size" to be true to size, not inflated! If I have built my artwork at 9" wide, the 100% display should also be 9" wide. Makes ZERO sense.

Please share your thoughts on the following:
1. Would it make sense to have a separate desktop app, just to create charts, and bring them inside Illustrator or InDesign? It may not be on cloud.
2. Or would you rather have us work on building it within Illustrator?
Thanks
YogeshAn error occurred while saving the comment Marley commentedAgreed!! It BLOWS my mind that I can't simply resize a pie chart to fit my graphic.
A separate program specifically for this purpose would likely be more powerful.Marley supported this idea · -
