    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.4.1 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

    There is a bug I have traced back to the alt key + mouse wheel on windows. This just keep scrolling the mouse wheel up and down and holding the alt key press and depress it over and over and the artboard rotates randomly. This happens in Photoshop. I think this it attributed to the "too fast" method of outsource programming. IT'S A BUG HERE

    Adobe keeps changing bug report forums and methods, it's getting old.

    Why can't I bug report from the app you force me to sign into? You obviously spend a lot of time making it easier for you to change the software without testing it. Why not make it easier for us to report bugs quicker, too.

    We are unable to reproduce this issue in house. We need your help in getting this issue reproducible.
    Kindly provide some video and Test file(Via File→Package) with some steps with which you are facing issue and share with us in a zip file at sharewithai@adobe.com. Please mention the title of this issue as the subject of the mail.
    Please Also let us know if you have been using any 3rd Party plugin while facing this problem.

    Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we might need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.
    If yes, then please do let me know about your available time so that I can schedule a connect session accordingly.
