Image Trace results have deteriorated over the years, detail is lost and line work looks terrible!

The "rounding dots" at corner anchor points - those tools rounding corners - can be a pain ********** when I'm trying to select and drag anchor points, and end up accidently rounding corners instead. It's damaged more than a few files, forcing me deep into "undo"s or going to Time Machine to recover un-rounded art.
It would be nice if we could turn that feature off when we don't want it.Doug Milllhoff supported this idea ·

Support for older versions of Illustrator. I often need to open ancient files, and I have clients running Adobe CS and earlier.
This planned-obsolescence scheme is out of control.

Illustrator needs to be able to support older versions.
I have clients running old CS and even Illustrator 6.0, and sometimes need to open ancient files.

Illustrator UserVoice seems to be very buggy.
It took 2 hours of trying over and over to get this **** message to post, and I can't pot anything with attached files.
Tech support blamed my ISP, but it's curious that I have these problems ONLY with Adobe, which strongly suggests the problem is on Adobe's end.

In previous versions of Illustrator dating back 30 years, I used to be able to group-select entire object, option-select an anchor point, and reposition the selected object by dragging it to a new place.
Now it has become hit-and-miss, usually I end up accidently radiusing corners or resizing the item, and having to undo and try again, often several times.Doug Milllhoff supported this idea ·

A relatively minor annoyance compared to the bugs and interface issues that impair productivity.

I've been getting the same message in various files, for a week or two.
I recently upgraded OS to 10.13.2, but that was over a month ago, so not clear it correlates to OS update.
It also seems to be random or intermittent - I only ********* certain files, and sometimes I DO NOT get that same message on same files!
And no, the file was not edited online or on a different computer, etc.

Image Trace is a considerable downgrade from Adobe Streamline auto-trracing. Streamline produced higher-quality tracings from higher resolution images, and there used to be features for tweaking the tracing.
Now it's just a generic medium-to-poor quality tracing. Very disappointing.
