All my strokes are feathered and I can't make them normal solid strokes. It is happening on all new strokes I am creating and all old files I am opening up.

Ok, after other forums, I found an answer. Here it is: Just go to Edit > preferences > performance and simply uncheck the box which says "GPU performance. Hope this helps anyone else having this issue!
