It seems like this problem happens only for Mac Sonoma users...

Downgrading to a previous version of MacOS seems to be a viable workaround at the moment.

This is not a proposed solution though.

If this happens for you at earlier versions — please comment.

The menu display problem was resolved by updating to Sonoma 14.4.
So it seems that this problem was an OS issue.
Please check after updating to Sonoma 14.4.

macOS Sonoma 14.2 (Beta) was released before 14.1.1.
    14.2 (Beta) contains no fixes.

Please do the same thing as with Photoshop. The second monitor’s panel must be separated.

The link below is for Photoshop, but you can also use the tool in Illustrator by performing the same steps.

This issue was reintroduced in MacOS update Ventura. The team ran into another issue while implementing the workaround suggested by Apple. While the team revisits this issue, users can use workaround this issues by paste through context menu. Thank you all for the patience.

Hi, Keyboard shortcuts now work for Save As document titles. Thank you very much.
However, it still doesn't work with New Folder title names. Please correct this as well.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 24.3.0 which is available worldwide now.

Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html

Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!
