Remove Text to Vector from Properties panel
Would like an option to remove it from Properties panel as it sometimes opens on its own after I have closed it and it impedes my workflow having to close it again because it obstructs actually useful things Properties panel.
We have released an update (version 28.6) which takes care of this particular ask. Please upgrade your Illustrator application to latest versions and let us know your feedback.

"text to vector graphic (beta)" tools don't belong in the properties menu, would be better placed in the libraries or as their own tool menu. I understand that they want a new feature to have visibility by placing it within the most commonly used panel but they really aren't related to what that panel is used for and just get in the way, they work much better as their own thing or potentially as part of the libraries panel

A beta should be opt-in, not compulsory and intrusive. Clearly not everyone wants to use this feature, so please give us the option to remove it.

Yet another example of Adobe's disrespect for it's customers. Illogic.

Please get rid of the Prompt AI in the PROPERTIES panel. This is the panel designers use for EVERYTHING. Why do I have a picture of a clipart dragon stuck in the middle of me using the align commands??????? I can't turn it off in settings. In panel settings. In edit settings. It's impeding workflow and highly distracting.

Please remove this from the properties panel or at least make it removable. Many users have no interest in using it and it wastes valuable space on the properties panel.

Please remove Text to Vector Graphic from the Properties panel, or, at the very least, move it to the very bottom of the panel. Some of us prefer to use our own graphic design skills, and it just gets in the way.

I scrolled all the way down hoping to find a way to remove it. Seems there is none?

If they are going to keep the AI in it at least put it in a panel that makes sense for what it is. It does nothing for properties of my text so I should not see it there and I don't care that you can collapse the menu, it's still there taking up space for more important things on my documents.

How can I removed the Text to Vector Graphic from my Properties. It pushed everything i need to a small cramped space in the bottom. When you hit the three dots it opens a separate Text To vector but leaves it in the Properties tab.
Why is it taking so much space and why can't i remove it?

This clearly isn't a property, obviously shouldn't push every actual property off of the screen. It's also ironic that in pushing AI, the design of Illustrator now impedes actual creativity.

yeah a lot of these AI tools are just becoming obtrusive.

It does not belong there in the first place, let alone on EVERY contextual properties panel. Even if we collapse it so that just the title shows, it still eats up space and drives something (typically Quick Actions) off the bottom of the panel/page, making us have to scroll down to access it. Stop foisting this feature on us. REAL users of your program want to create their own artwork - we want AI tools (Adobe Illustrator), not AI tools (Artificial Intelligence), and if we want to use the Text to Vector Graphics tool, we are certainly capable of accessing it on our own.

Please take this option off of EVERY properties panel. No matter what type of object is selected, even if it's a dimension or nothing is selected, Text to Vector Graphics (Beta) is in the Properties Panel, eating up space, driving useful tools, like the Quick Actions, off the bottom of the page, and you have to scroll down to see or use them. This tool doesn't need to eat up so much space and attention, and it doesn't need to be on ANY of the contextual properties panels, let alone EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. We are all perfectly capable of accessing it on its own and don't want or need it eating up space that should be reserved for the proper tools/settings for the selected item. Give it its own panel and be done with it.

The text to vector presence in the properties panel is annoying and useless for me. You can collapse/hide/remove any other panel that impedes your workflow, why is this one thrust upon every user? I will never use AI in my work.

It should NOT be in the properties panel. Get it out of here. It takes up valuable screen space. I should not have to scroll in the properties panel.

It should NOT be in the properties panel. I've used illustrator as my main program for work for the last 10 years, and I loved the upgrade to the property panel for everything - but this takes away how valuable and amazing that panel is. It's frustrating.

I often work on a small monitor (laptop) and every single pixel in the UI counts. Even collapsed, it takes up valuable space. Also, GENERATIVE AI FEATURES HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE "PROPERTIES" PANEL. It literally makes no sense there.
