  2. wacom

    Have been unable to transform using my Wacom intuos pro in illustrator for the last few versions. The selection tool constantly defaults to rotate the object unless I zoomed right in. It is incredibly frustrating for workflow.
    I have contacted wacom who advised the issue is with Illustrator and not the tablet.

  3. Forcing us to use Preview Bounds to get cap handles in CC 2019 is a no

    For years we've had cap handles on strokes. Now we have to turn on Preview Bounds to get them. Unacceptable.

  4. アンカーポイント削除時の挙動

    例えば添付のような円の向かって左のアンカーポイントを削除すると、当然ながら添付Aのようになりますが、

    Bのように、アンカーポイントは削除したいけれど形状はなるべく最初の状態をキープしてほしい

    場面がたくさんあります。

    他のベクター系のアプリケーションでは可能だったりするので、技術的に難しいことでは

    ないと思うのですがこの挙動を採用することはできないんでしょうか。

    何かやり方があったりするんですかね？

    どちらか選べると大変ありがたいのですが。

    またアンカーポイントを、形状は極力キープしたままライン上を移動できるようになると作業効率は

    格段に上がると思うのですが。

  5. Direct selection tool

    Can you please put the selection tool back next to the direct selection tool instead of making it a hidden tool. It's very annoying having to pull it out to have both tools.

  6. Update corner widget so it is not constrained by other points...

    Currently, other anchors on a path will constrain the corner widget. Attached is a very simple example. I would like for the tool to be a bit more intelligent in how it handles corners in these situations.

    There was a bug which allowed to accidentally drag-n-drop tools and insert them into other tools’ subgroups.

    It was fixed by introducing a special mode to enable this. No accidents with lost tools should happen. Please comment back if it happens for you in latest versions.

  9. Bug at the path points

    My English is not good so I made a video to explain my problem.
    This just happened in Illustrator 2019 but it was already in 2018. Only in 2017 does it happen. This problem only happens on this computer. On other computers I use does not happen.

    How do I solve this?

  10. Restore previous default Stroke alignment to center, or add a preference option for default alignment.

  11. shortcut for fidelity

    Hi there. I use illustrator for my digital whiteboard animation / videoscribe. It all works well. but I like to switch from low to high fidelity depending if I am drawing characters, or buildings or inanimate objects.
    I think a short cut key to put it up and down would be really useful.

  12. Illustrator or Photoshop for digital drawing??

    I am a digital artist. I didn't see a thread about difference between this two software , and it seemed like no one has given their impressions on this oftware so I wanted to put together something quick to kickstart a discussion or something.

    Illustrator is a vector based application and Photoshop is an image editor. That means Photoshop works with pixels and Illustrator does not.   13. Blend shapes or lines along a curved path, like a "spline".

    Type can be arranged along a custom curved path. Why not blends? As it is now, if I want to arrange repeating vertical lines along a curved horizontal path, I have to: create the blend in a straight line, then: line by line, go along the blend cutting off bits to match the curved horizontal baseline. I can make it look decent, but it takes quite a while.

  14. Make the brush and pencil tools respond to color changes. Place a color selection box in Paintbrush Tool Options

    I cannot change colors on Brush and Pencil tools. I researched many Q & A threads and none of the answers solved the problem. Fill new brush strokes does not work for the brush or pencil tools.

    Blend objects aligned to path and keep bounding boxes at ends straight so they don't distort. Have to make many long paths of wire shapes and to keep them aligned on the path the first and last keep distorting so I can't edit or reuse for a slightly different curve.

    addition for changing the corners of all vectorpoints in the group.I can change a vectorpoint seperately with the white angle tool but not all at the same time.

  19. Better drivers for monoprice drawing tablet

    Drawing with monoprice drawing tablets causes random drawing effects. Trying to draw a straight line will cause loops, be off screen, etc. Only with brush tool currently. Drawing will occur without pressure just hovering above the tablet.

  20. Stroked Object Transform Bug Constrain Error Adobe Illustrator CC 2017-2018

    When using the transform panel to resize an object or multiple objects, it goes without saying if you select constrain, there should be confidence it will scale respectively. A circle remains a circle, a square a square, a 16:9 Graphic stays 16:9 etc. etc.

    Unfortunately I have noticed a very concerning bug where if one of the objects has a stroke, it will not transform constrained. I noticed because the object I grabbed had a perfect circle, that seems maybe 5% horizontally compressed afterward.
