  1. Crash (Compound Path)

    Illustrator on iPad keeps crashing when I select compound paths

    I have path hidden then when I click on eye to make visible, app freezes then crashes.

    Only started today.

    Created file yesterday with no issues, today constant issue.

  2. CCL panel via iPadPro - with further testing - assets do not name or place svg items correctly

    When attempting to place CCL items using Libraries panel in iPad app some items place as vector and some do not. Assets that have been renamed in a CCL do not show the new name within the Layers Panel after placement. ALL assets are svg line art captured using Adobe Capture. Result is also that only some show at all in the Outlines view.

  3. Using paint brush after changing greyscale color scale reverts color to black

    If color of paint brush changed using grayscale slider, paint brush color reverts to black after use. Only occurs with paint brush, pencil and blob brush work as expected.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. select the paint brush tool
    2. select grayscale slider in color pane and change the color from black to some other value.
    3. draw with the paint brush tool
    4. resulting drawing is revert to black color

  5. CC Libraries not placing svg assets as vectors consistently

    NOT working! Some CCL svgs are placed appropriately as a vector Group. Others Place as an Image and then cannot be viewed or worked with in Outline view. I have screenshots via my desktop, unsure if I can share from here. Also the assets , all Shapes from Adobe Capture do not show updated names that DO correctly show via CC app.

  6. Recents disappear after closing and reopening app

    Every time I close and reopen the app the recents disappear and have to select files and reselect home to get them back.

  7. App crashes when working on one project

    Im working on a project for work and when i open the file it crashes immediately, i cant get anything done on it. But when i open other projects they work fine? My iPad is updated and nothing else is off but it’s getting really frusturating. Need this commission done this week please help

  8. My illustrator is lagging bad if this problem is not resolved I’ll just download procreate instead.

    Wtf this is stiiilll trying to open … I’ve deleted so many works just by thinking it’s a space thing….. it’s not . It’s you.

  11. cloud icon (upper right) always disconnect x

    please find the attachments, wi-fi has no problem, however Illustrator iPad version 3 shows disconnect icon. Is this a specification?

  13. Autofill/complete text does not work on first word.

    Autocomplete does not work for the first word in a text object. On selection of a suggestion, a space is entered rather than the selected word. Deleting characters and re selection of suggested word does not help. (Apple Pencil)

  14. Select tool selects entire layer

    Description:
    Layer hierarchy: Main -> Sub
    Objects: 3 Objects in layer Sub (space apart).

    Select tool: Selecting just two of the objects in Sub selects all objects in the layer Sub.

    Expected behavior: Select just the selected objects.

  17. The doble tapping option to deselect paths does not work properly.

    There are some issues with some features like double tapping or palm rejection. It feels very random, but the setup I usually work with is not working properly

  18. Pattern copying

    Patterns will not transfer correctly from one artboard to another (different document). I click copy to artboard and then move to the different one and the shapes are completely blown apart and untranslatable. I have some complex patch artwork that has a lot of mirror functions in it and when copied to the new document it completely is unusable. Picture attached is just an example. All happening recently.

  19. huge problem with collapsed menu

    Hi, I cant use this software because of this bug. On the right all menu is damaged. I can’t even click on that. In addition - I have a huge delay when I’m drawing.

  20. Using paint brush

    When using paint brushes you can’t change colour as when you try it makes the path disappear. Also happens when you change size and opacity. Causing a lot of reverts if I have them.

    Tried capturing video on iPad using screen recorder but it won’t allow me.
