  1. Keyboard commands

    Commands c, v and so on not working. I shut down iPad and it will work once but then wont copy. Have version 6.3 of creative cloud and 15.1 iPad software on 3rd generation ipad.

  2. Artboard becomes non responsive.

    App freezes after a few strokes and becomes non responsive. - can still select tools but the artboard itself is non responsive. Then when exiting the document to restart it tries to save and save icon spins indefinitely. Have to force quit the app.

    It’s disheartening to see the same issues have been posted in 2020 and it’s now almost 2022 with no fix?

    I bought a brand new iPad 9th gen and Apple Pencil specifically to use illustrator. - it’s the only app I’ve installed so far.

    I’m begging for a fix as it literally renders the app useless.

  3. Transform shape property box fails for value less than 1

    When using transform properties panel on circle, changing value to less then 1 results in value resetting to 0 (decimal point keeps getting deleted (eg, get 11, instead of .11 inches). Mac os has recently been updated which may be responsible? Using ipad pro, with v.15.1

  4. Bug

    Hey Adobe Team,
    1 - Missing Pentagon shape from my tools
    2- my Keyboard not appear when try to write text, I should close the app and open it again so I can see the keyboard
    3- Expand text or shape not working always off

  5. Menu heavily messed up after working on cloud document on PC version

    Hello,
    I have been trying to find a work around for a type on path bug that I posted about earlier on this forum. I wanted to edit the path and the app crashed. Since I work with cloud documents, I wanted to edit path on the PC version of Illustrator, save it, and continue working on the project on iPad. That worked, although after coming back to iPad, I noticed that the menu is heavily messed up to the degree of unusability.

    Hi,

    Please delete and reinstall the application and see if you are able to resolve the issue or not. Otherwise try delete some of the stale or not in use files from your cloud documents and try to open the document. Let us know if it works.

  7. Placing Images Slows Performance Noticeably

    When using placed and clipped images in the file, it slows performance to a noticeable point. These are large size images in the range of 3-8mb. It shouldn’t be affecting performance that much.

    Note: Latest generation iPad Pro M1 with latest iPadOS and latest Ai update.

  8. All of my layers are closed but I still have a shape on my canvas. I can’t even choose it to delete it. And I have about 100 layers for thi.

  9. Shape opacity leaves lines

    When I draw a curved object and reduce the opacity there are visible dark lines.

    Eraser tool leaves fine lines especially on darker background. It is visible post exporting too!

  12. After saving my doc and opening in desktop all changes were deleted.

    I started a project on ipad... moved to desktop to make color edits and then moved back to ipad... made changes and saved... and I cannot find those changes anywhere in the cloud, recent docs, or on the ipad or desktop.

  16. Enable right click functionalily with mouse.

    Using a mouse is utterly useless. No right click functionality makes it less intuitive. Also keyboard integration. Space bar for hand tool for example. Would be quite useful.

  20. Randomly deleted work saved on cloud

    Your app for the ipad has major issues. All of the bugs I have encountered I could either deal with or get around. This problem is by far the worst. I had 3+ hours of work done on my ipad and by the time I got back, it had deleted itself! Are you kidding me?! I don't understand how this could be happening when my work automatically saves to the cloud. Either way, this is outrageous. For a company as prestigious as Abobe I expected better.
