Coloring via Blob Brush doesnt save! Save work only with filled pen!

UPDATE: I exported the file as .AI and the blob saved.. Opened the exported file on the iPad again and added more blobs; they saved like normal after that.
ORIGINAL: I just noticed this issue as well. For the most part, doesn’t seem to matter what’s in the file with blob brush either. Gonna attempt an export and see what saves

When using the blob paintbrush it refuses to save the file. You see it say saving, very briefly, but it does nothing.
From another post on here I saw that it would save if you use the pen tool instead.
