 commentedSame problem. Thought I had to activate technology preview. Not sure now. Vectorize option missing. Restarted iPad. Problem resolved.

 commentedHi Chaim, Vectorize option only comes up for raster formats like JPEG/PND/PSD/TIFF and more. You can place an image from your iPad /capture an image from the camera and convert them to vector artwork. Thanks,

 Step 2: Clicked on the “Object” box and could not locate a “vectorize” button.
 Step 3: Drew a sample line with Apple Pencil.
 Step 4: Repeated steps one and two on the sample line.
