Glyphs and ligatures for text (in OTF)
Not being able to access the glyphs and ligatures on an OTF font has meant that I cannot use AI on my iPad. And since that’s my primary tool for design these days, I’ve stopped using Adobe completely. I liked AI on my laptop and I need the iPad to have that full functionality before I can use it again.

Photoshop Effects
When I add Photoshop Effects on Mac and then open the file on iPad I can't edit them or add them. If I move an object with an effect on it the effect goes away and won't come back even if you hit undo. I have accidentally moved an object and it lost the effect so I have to wait till I can go on my Mac to fix it.

Optional larger sized user interface
I’m a graphic designer, but I’m also legally blind. Being able to have a larger UI would make the app much easer for me to use.

Export separate artboards, export to JPG.
Hi! I couldn’t find a way to export separate artboards when working with more than one in the same file. Also there’s no option for jpg and it would be very useful

Newer Way for Perspective Selection/Placing groups onto Perspective planes
I have NEVER liked illustrator since trying it in 2009 and have always been an avid photoshop/procreate fan, but with Adobe Character Animator it is much easier to work in vector and so I reluctantly switched. Fortunately this was around December and I had found the Illustrator on the iPad being much more intuitive and it even helped me to learn Illustrator on the desktop since many features aren’t yet on the iPad. Grouping paths in layers panel with a pinch
In other programs there is a shortcut of pinching the layers together to group them. I often have small details over a larger illustration and to select them all I have to go through and lock a bunch of items before grouping. Would be nice if we could just pinch them together

Add points to star shape
Simply being able to add points to a star shape - the same way sides can be added to a triangle to create a polygon - would be a massive help.

Importer motif Adobe capture
Je pense qu’il serait utile de pouvoir importer du contenus adobe capture comme des motifs afin de pouvoir créer des textures sur Illustrator iPad et de pouvoir s’en servir pour concevoir des illustration de mode comme sur Illustrator (pc): ajout motif au nuancier, distorsion de l’enveloppe...

Make Illustrator for iPad and Adobe Library more pattern-friendly
Editing and scaling patterns on the iPad is nearly impossible. Ist would be great if the options would be similar as in the desktop version, where scaling, editing, changing the colour of patterns etc. is with the swatches easily done.
Also if patterns could be saved to the adobe library it would simplify the working process immensely.12 votes -

Bring Adobe Stock and libraries to AI for iPad!
I just got my first iPad and I’m loving Illustrator! However, I rely so much on Adobe Stock and my libraries for my work, and I really miss them on this platform. It would be great to access them here.
