Export to .jpgI couldn’t find an export to jpg option, It’s a very common format I was surprised it wasn’t included. In addition to that a slices option would be great. 164 votesCompleted (Comments Open) · AdminNeeraj Nandkeolyar

Re-draw line in the pencil tool, like in desktopIn the desktop when you draw with the pencil over existing line it allow you to re-draw fro. That section on. I was really surprised this ability isn’t available in the first version- seems like a must for the iPad, and a big differentiator from procreate and raster tools 106 votes

Support for keyboardsIf you had the ability to utilize an attached keyboard on the iPad it would enable there to be a cohesion in learning shortcuts and there would be less of a learning curve between the two versions of the software, as well as enhancing the iPad software itself. 25 votesCompleted (Comments Open) · AdminNeeraj Nandkeolyar

Pencil tool options - like on desktop illustratorWould be lovely to have more control of the pencil tool. I simply tried doing my signature and it was getting all distorted because the points were connecting wherever they pleased... impossible getting line right when working on smaller details. Pencil Tool would be extremely helpful to have for future work. Thank you kindly. 293 votes

“Actual Size”It would be really useful for me to be able to set the viewing percentsge to “actual size”. Something Apple’s Pages on iPad already does. 100% zoom is actually much smaller than real print size. What I end up doing is creating a 1cm square in Illustrator and aligning it with a physical ruler to get actual size. 121 votes

Please make a brush stroke a path instead of a fill. So you don’t have to adjust the outlines from a line you just drawn. Please make a brush stroke a path instead of a fill. So you don’t have to adjust the outlines from a line you just drawn. Or else this app shouldn’t be called illustrator. Thats the main thing of illustration using adobe illustrator. Apply a look to a line, and then be able to adjust the line instead of a fill which it now creates, not usable at all. It’s also useful for animation purposes to be able to use a path. And the pencil isn’t the same thing as a brush, you want to see the endresult of what you… 6 votes

Open files directly from DropboxHi! First of all its great to be part of this finally. But now the important. It would be very nice if we could open .ai files directly from Dropbox etc. without having to saving it to Files etc. As you can see there is no option to open directly in Illustrator even though it’s .ai file.
And no way to allow it in settings as far as i know, so i reckon its matter of the app rather than the OS.Thanks! 2 votes
