1. Star (triangle) rounded edges Bug in v 28.7

   Every time I try to round the edges of a 3 points star (triangle) the notification bellow shows up on my Adobe Illustrator (Beta) 28.7 version and as a consequence I can't round it. By the way, I'm using it on Windows 10 Pro 64 bits and I had this same problem in diffente files.

2. Can’t generate prompt due to connection issues Error

   For some weird unknown reason Adobe decided to NOT include the 'Text to Vector Graphic (Beta)' function to Illustrator Beta. You have to install the actual current release to access it.

   It makes zero sense, but this is how it is done, We had the similar problem with Generative Recolor before, and now it’s the same thing again.

4. Multiple files open up in wrong order...

   Not a huge bug, but when opening multiple AI files in windows explorer, the last item selected opens first, then the remainder open in sorted order. For example, shift selecting files 1 through 15 and opening in AI will open up #15 first, then #1, #2, #3.... etc... To get the files to open in the correct order, you have to shift select 2 through 15, and then ctrl-select #1 so it's the last file selected. This doesn't really affect anything other than how tabs are ordered but it is annoying when working on multiple files and expecting the tabs to be opened in order.

5. Mockup Panel Disappeared after crash

   On the new Illustrator Beta 27.10, I was able to open the new Mockup window with the preset mockup categories. While trying to use it, the program crashed. After re-opening Illustrator, the new Mockup panel is no longer under "Windows". Tried restarting computer, still not there.

9. Eyedropper + Click not sampling correctly outside of the window

   When I sample a colour outside of Illustrator using eyedropper + click, the eyedropper doesn't select the colours accurately outside of illustrator: website, desktop, and so on.

10. Illustrator close immediately when zoom in

    Hi, I'm working in MacOS Ventura with illustrator Beta 29.8 28; when I try zoom in with the keyboard (Cmd + Space bar), the program close immediately. This happens after I installed the 2 latest patches.

    You have accidentally disabled the bounding box, most probably with the Ctrl+Shift+B hotkey.

    You can toggle it back using the same keyboard shortcut, or with the View > Show Bounding Box command.

14. Make it so that you can zoom in and out with the track pad

    Make it so that you can zoom in and out with the track pad. As of right now I can't zoom in or out when pinching on the track pad.

15. I can't make a mockup.

    The model option does not appear in the object menu. Also the mockup option does not appear in the Window menu. I don't understand why I can't see it even though I'm using the current version.

    In this case the Mockup add-on seemed to refuse to run with a non-English language used. If you have a similar problem — please try to switch the app language and reinstall both the application and the Mockup add-on manually through CCD. If it fixes it for you — please upvote and comment.

16. Major issues on MAC desktop with shortcuts and tools. Unusable actually.

    Copy and paste is not working. Handles and boundaries are not showing. Things are randomly undoing steps. Zooming in randomly is happening. Most shortcuts don't work. I can not edit text, there is a lag and it never enters to let me edit it.

18. Issue with Eyedropper Tool Not Sampling Gradients from Images in Latest Illustrator Beta Update

    Dear Adobe Support Team,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the Eyedropper tool in the latest update of Adobe Illustrator. Previously, I was able to sample gradients directly from images and apply them to other objects with the Eyedropper tool, and this feature worked smoothly. However, since updating, the tool no longer seems to pick up gradients as it did before, even though I have not changed any settings.

    I've confirmed that the Eyedropper tool is functioning correctly with solid colors, but when I attempt to sample a gradient from an image, it only applies a single color instead of the gradient. I have checked the Eyedropper settings but found no specific options to ensure gradients are included. Additionally, I've attempted to reset the tool settings and reinstall Illustrator, but the issue persists.

    Could you please advise on how to restore this functionality or let me know if this is a known issue with the latest update? This feature is essential for my work, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

20. Retype (beta) in Illustrator 28.1 stuck at 4% "downloading"

    I'm attempting to use the Retype (beta) tool in Illustrator, pop up informed me that a 400mb download is required, Adobe Desktop Service connects to server and downloads 550MB of data but the progress bar in Illustrator is stuck on 4% and claims to still be downloading.

    If this feature works and can match fonts effectively it will be a gamechanger for me. The current solution I use is whatfontis.com and the interface is terrible and full of unnecessary steps and popups. Thank you for incorporating this tool!
