Cursor jumps in enclosed selection mode
When enclosed mode is enabled (currently with pressing E once while dragging a marquee), the cursor shifts one pixel right and down, like the attached GIF shows (zoomed it, to exaggerate the difference).
Happens for both Selection and Group Selection tools.
Why? How did you miss it?

Align tool broken (Illustrator Beta 28.6.98)
The align tool won't allow for anything other than align to artboard (it's fine in the non-beta version (28.5)).

Image Copy to Produce Multiple Copies of Different sizes
Recommend adding the capability to take an image and make multiple copies in incremental sizes of same image. For example, having the ability to take a PNG image and decrease the size incrementally. Would like to take an image and decrease the size by 10 percent or other user specified number of steps resulting from an ascending size to descending sizes for a "certain number of steps."

Identity of object changes back to original identity when copied and renamed
When an object is copied, edited and renamed it shows with the new name in the layer, but then when you come back to the layer it will revert to its original identity, and the only way to get it to show what you just renamed it to is to collapse and re-expand the layer.

PSD Layered export fails no matter dpi or GPU on or off
Idea?? It's (yet) another bug.
It's in the title. Have illustrator layered file that need to take into photoshop as layered file for eventual return to Illustrator and eventually AE. But layered export fails every time. Tried 450dpi, 300, 150 72 with GPU acceleration on, and with it off. No joy. Downgraded, no joy. Seriously just no joy.1 vote -
Spectrum area in Color Picker dialog becomes invisible
When creating a color using the color picker mixer panel, the color preview on the left goes black and does not preview the color being created.

Help Menu Bar Performance Issues
MacOS Sonoma 14.3, Illustrator 28.3 #55
Steps to reproduce:
1. In Mac menu bar open "help" (results in delay)
2. Attempt to search (results in Spinning Wait Cursor or delayed appearance of letter)
3. If letter shows up, attempt to mouse over the search menu results (delayed result of relevant item menu bar location when skipping through the results.1 vote -
Artboard shifting
Artboard with a locked reference point changes the reference point and moves the artboard when changing the artboard size.

Retype (beta) in Illustrator 28.1 stuck at 4% "downloading"
I'm attempting to use the Retype (beta) tool in Illustrator, pop up informed me that a 400mb download is required, Adobe Desktop Service connects to server and downloads 550MB of data but the progress bar in Illustrator is stuck on 4% and claims to still be downloading.
If this feature works and can match fonts effectively it will be a gamechanger for me. The current solution I use is whatfontis.com and the interface is terrible and full of unnecessary steps and popups. Thank you for incorporating this tool!

Font in a document shared with Share for Review functions differs from a font client sees
I just sent a proof to my client via the Share for Review link and they are seeing a different font on their end than the one I used in the Illustrator file. In other parts of the file, I have converted the same font to outlines and they can see that one just fine but the one that remains a font shows up as a different font for them. The strange thing is, they have the font installed on their computer so I have no guesses as to what's happening here.

Zoom and Alt Zoom glitch occasionally when when sliding mouse to zoom in and out.
I slide my mouse left and right to zoom in and out but occasionally when holding the right mouse button while zooming it will draw a dotted line and zoom me in extremely and then have to resort to clicking Alt + Z to zoom out which is much much slower and less efficient. To resolve I have to save my work, close the application, then restart it.
